Pakistan taking on South Africa in the 2nd T20 game

Pakistan take on South Africa in the 2nd T20 game on 15th November 2013 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The match is scheduled to begin at 20:00 local. The weather is pretty good at the venue with the top 30 degree Celsius which is very good indeed.

Overview

After the outstanding win in the first Test of South Africa tour of the UAE, Pakistan collapsed fully infront of South Africa's superb bowling attack and made the Series one sided through out the game. Pakistan once again proved their inability to score runs and hardly managed to build Partnerships. The last game was yet another flop show by Pakistan batsman, where they completely surrendered to hard boiled South African bowlers.

Captain Misbah-ul-Haq has been the only batsman for Pakistan to give some hope. But how long can a single batsmen be burdened to take his team towards victory? Some thing need to be changed! Pakistan batting line up should tweak a little better or else today's game could follow the same fate as of the last game.

On the other side, South Africa is looking very dangerous with their highly talented batting and bowling. They are not only showing their dominance over Pakistan but it is a remark for India to note about, as India is touring South Africa soon.

Dale Styne was always a key player for SA. Pakistan must find a way to survive in the power plays and should come up with a strategy and act accordingly. The batting unit is outstanding with the presence of Du Plessis, Henry Davids, AB de Villiers and David Miller. As usual Morne Morkel and Imran Tahir could give opposition batsman early shocks with Styne.

Pakistan still has a chance to come back strongly in this game. If they played to their potential SA could surely collapse under Pakistan's fast pace attack. We all know how dangerous Afridi could become for the opposition. 33 year old Pak all-rounder has got all the experience and stamina to take the hope away from the opposition. Their are many instances where Shahid Afridi single handedly took his team towards victory. If some thing happened like the old days, Pakistan could well impress their fans today.
